HAVING A 70’S THEME PARTY? Our disco castle is ideal for that occasion. We also have a number of 70’s costumes available for hire ( including many 70's famous people such as Abba, Slade, Disco Dude, John Travolta Jimmy Saville etc ) at only £15 each.

How long do I get the item for?
We are flexible and can deliver and collect the equipment to suit you.(Depending on availability of drop off/collection times at the time of booking)
We generally like to collect the equipment before 7pm, however overnight hire is available under certain circumstances (on adult items only ).
Are we insured?
Yes, we are covered for Public Liability up to £5million.
What if it rains?
All of our items have a built in rain cover, or just ring us as early as possible on the day and we'll cancel with no charge.
Can the item be placed on concrete or hard standing?
Inflatables are best placed on grass to provide a soft landing surface and to allow staking down.
Hard surfaces can be used with prior arrangement. Surface must be flat and clear of sharp areas and ground cover must be provided.
Is it suitable for Indoors?
All items can be used indoors providing that there is sufficient space, particularly headroom.

Can the castle come through the house?
We prefer to have access to the garden via a gate or garage etc. The item is transported on a large sack truck and if it should rain water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed. We will deliver through the house if there is suitable access and at your own risk.
Can I have the castle in the front garden?
Sorry no, Castles require constant supervision both for safety when inflated, and to protect against damage or theft whilst deflated. Therefore they need to be placed in a rear garden or secure area.
Do I need a power supply?
We need to place the item within 20metres of a 240v power supply.
Can you get up a flight of steps?
No sorry. This is because of the size and weight of the inflatable, however one or two steps are achievable.
Is the equipment safety tested?
Yes. All of our castles are brand new and come with a safety certificate.
When can I book?
The sooner you place your booking, the more chance you have of securing your requirements.
However, bookings can be made at the last minute.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is required upon delivery. We don’t need a deposit in advance from you. Payment can be made Cash or Cheque with a valid guarantee card.
